It is music video about a boy.Which I mean he is not Michael Jackson but someone else.And then his father scolded him after he playing music too loud and after that his father is jump across the Earth but it's not true actually.Then,MJ singing.

hello year 2000? that Music video was a decade ago if i remember it right. but yeah, macaulay culkin was there. but that song was really when I was still in kindergarten. it was in 1992 or 1993!

Basically, Marlon Brando is the manager of the bar, and one of his 'heavies' or guy who works there, didn't like the fuss Michael Jackson was kicking up so, Brando got his heavies to get Michael out of the club whilst Michael Jackson was trying to get the girl he liked. At the end, I don't understand it much when Marlon Brando says, 'Bing bang', maybe he and Michael's character has a bad history?
