pag "namili" ka ng libro nya.
well, hindi kasi ako weekly bumili, pinaparami ko muna para pag pumunta ako sa Recto, snatch lahat ng bago sa shelves..

Tapos pag pauwi ka na, maiisip mo, ano ba yan, ang dami kong binili.. sayang ang pera.. ang dami kong binili.. ang mahal na ng bigas... dapat hindi ko na yun binili..

pag natapos ko na basahin lahat..

ay.. wala na ba?
.... ... ..

Parang hindi ka na makapaghinaty na lumabas yung bagong gawa niya.

sa tingin ko talaga ito lang hinihintay ko..

walang bagong labas si Vanessa.. kaya ilang weeks na rin akong hindi nagbabasa ng pocketbook.

Yung novels niya palagi ang priority ko esp. when im doing a reading marathon. cyclops Kung sa paiyakan, si ms. van ang nasa top list ko, effective writer siya dahil galing niyang mag paiyak ng readers, lam nyo naman drama queen ako eh Laughing

she can arouse every emotions i have everytime i read her novels. Though she's a consitent prolific writer, the quality & essence of her books doesnt sacrifice, you can easily identify kung gawa niya talaga. I dont care if her book titles are quite "mediocre" "redundant" etc. etc, what matters most is the contents/ the story itself. That's what they called " a book/s with substance" Razz

ang masasabi ko naman kay kagandahan teh...

ang galing nya...

kasi kaya nyang gumawa ng heavy drama na story at kaya nya ring yong mga funny stories...


i remember, yong book na crazy in paradise...

tawa ako don ng tawa, pero pagdating sa book 2, napaiyak nya pa rin ako... Sad

isa rin sa factor nya, yong kinukuha nya yong mga stories nya from reality..

naalala ko uli yong sa pagbawi ng pag-ibig.. ang ganda... sobra... Sad Sad bounce bounce cheers

whatever it is that Ms. Van has, hindi mai-e-explain ng madami niyang readers..

her books can catch the attention of anyone who loves to love and be in love..

what someone has said dito sa forum is true, Ms. Van has a FACTOR.. at hindi natin mababatid yun.. ahahaha! even she can't begin to know kung ano yung magnet ng mga books niya sa madaming readers..

first ever book I bought under her name? hindi ko na maalala.. pero ang pinaka-naka-hook sa akin sa kanya ay yung Sandcastles.. I have a thing for melancholic stories..

her comedies are, well, no-nonsense humor.. will really make you laugh!

her dramas are no ordinary tear-jerkers..

these are among all that I can say about her books..

Naaalala ko nung nag-hunting kami ng mga old Pocketbook ni Vanessa. hinalughog namin recto, gang sa kasulok sulukan ng mga nagbebenta ng pb. talagang sinuyod namin. iniisa-isa ko, sa author lang ako nakatingin. pag Vanessa bili agad.

natuwa naman ako sa kinalabasan dahil 2 na lang book nya, di ko pa talaga na sisilayan. yung MLMH WILCE at PHR: Mary & Her Best Friend Ron
